EMIRI Extraordinary General Assembly

Make sure you register for our EMIRI Extraordinary General Assembly, which will take place in Brussels & online on January 30th, 2025, in the afternoon. In this meeting, our members must vote on the new statutes and accept the new membership applications in front of the notary public in Brussels & online. The meeting will be hosted by UMICORE (Address: Rue du Marais 31, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium).
To prepare all the necessary documentation with the lawyers, we must collect the following information from all the members as soon as possible via this online form.
Here is the tentative agenda:
DAY 1 – January 30th, 2025: EMIRI General Assembly
- 13:00H – 14:00H Welcome lunch
- 14:00H – 18:00H EMIRI Extraordinary General Assembly at UMICORE.
- 19:00H – 22:00H EMIRI Networking dinner at the Ogenblik Restaurant.
DAY 2 – January 31th, 2025: IAM-I General Assembly (more information & registration HERE)
- 9:30H – 10:00H: Welcome coffee & registration
- 10:00H – 15:00H: General Assembly, including networking lunch
